Terms

Net 30 days with credit approval. Contact us for further information. All shipments are delivered EXWORKS Dunedin, Florida, USA. For all shipments into Florida, we are required to charge sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is received prior to shipment. Please fax signed resale certificates to our Accounting Department at 727.734.0957. Commodities, technology or software exported from the United States are in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to US law prohibited.

Warranty

All spectrometers and accessories manufactured by Ocean Optics are warranted for 1 year. For information on purchasing additional warranties, please see details on our Annual Service Packages.

Shipping

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Customers may reverse shipping charges to use the carrier of their choice.
