Flow Injection Analysis System

Our FIA-LAB-2500 is a flow injection analysis system that was designed for automation of common environmental and agricultural assays such as nitrate, phosphate and ammonia.

Affordability and flexibility make the system ideal for teaching, research and commercial labs -- especially where routine analyses demand a robust, easy-to-use system.

Built-in Flexibility
The standard FIA-LAB-2500 features an automated flow injection system with a four-channel peristaltic pump; a six-port injector valve with fittings, a flow cell, an LED light source and system software.

We also recommend outfitting your FIA-LAB-2500 with an optional USB4000-VIS-NIR.

Ease of Use
The FIA-LAB-2500 automates the handling of sample and reagent solutions. That means manual handling of solutions is no longer necessary.

  • There is no need to purchase separate expensive manifolds for each type of analytical method.
  • Wavelength selections are made through software with no additional fibers or lamps required.
  • Monitoring multiple wavelengths (up to 4) extends the system's dynamic range.
  • Reference wavelengths are utilized for compensation of colored matrices and index of refraction effects.
  • The FIA-LAB-2500 automatically corrects for response drift.
