& Resolution: USB Bench
These graphs demonstrate the
predicted range and resolution of your USB Optical Bench Spectrometers
with a 25 µm entrance slit and various gratings.

Example: If the starting wavelength is
250 nm, then the range is ~667 nm, providing a 250-917 nm wavelength
range and 1.34 nm optical resolution (FWHM).
Gratings for the USB Bench that have groove densities of 600 mm-1
are Grating 1, 2, 3, 4 and 14. |

Example: If the starting wavelength is
350 nm, then the range is ~310 nm, providing a 350-660 nm wavelength
range and 0.63 nm optical resolution (FWHM).
Gratings for the USB Bench that have groove densities of 1200 mm-1
are Grating 5, 6 and 9. |

Example: If the starting
wavelength is 400 nm, then the range is ~190 nm, providing a 400-590
nm wavelength range and 0.38 nm optical
resolution (FWHM). Gratings for the
